3. Returning Non-Defective Products

If you wish to return a non-defective product for reasons other than damage or defect, the following conditions apply:

a. Unopened Products:

• Unopened and unused products can be returned within 7 days from the date of delivery.
• A refund will be issued, excluding any shipping charges.

b. Opened Products:

• Opened, but unused products can be returned within 14 days from the date of delivery.
• A refund will be issued, excluding any shipping charges, after a thorough inspection to ensure the product’s condition.

• You are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to a defect or
  damage.

d. Inspection and Refund:

• We will inspect the returned product to ensure it meets our return policy criteria.
• A refund will be issued to your original payment method within 21 days after approval.
